A fifteen-year-old by the stage name Bhad Bhabie (pronounced Bad Baby) is taking the music and entertainment world by storm. But who is this girl? She looks familiar, but where have fans seen her before?
Bhad Bhabie, also known as Danielle Bregoli, might seem recognizable to many because she did once appear on television, but not as a rap artist. When the rising star was only 13 years old, she appeared on the Dr. Phil television program.
It was there the world caught its first glimpse of an out of control and ill-behaved child in desperate need of direction, instruction, and attention. It was also on the Dr. Phil show where Danielle first uttered the phrase, "Cash me ousside how bout dah." The term became an internet sensation, as did Danielle.
Somehow the joke is on those critics who wrote this girl off as a wayward Florida teen headed nowhere good. Three years later, at only fifteen, she is steadily asserting herself as a major name in the entertainment business. She has landed a record deal, turned out several hit singles, and is selling out shows.
Here are twenty things that Bhad Bhabie did in 2018 that got everyone talking.
21 When She Wrangled Up A Whopping 15 Million IG Followers
15 million followers?!? That's an A-list following for the fifteen-year-old girl who was once an out-of-control 13 year old on the Dr. Phil Show. There aren't even 15 million people in some countries!
While plenty of people can't grasp what is so alluring about this rap-spitting Florida kid, there are plenty of people out there who do get her and like her.
Those social media numbers are nothing to shrug off. They mean that people are listening, watching, and waiting to see what this girl does next. She certainly has the world's attention and shows no signs of letting go anytime soon.
20 When She Served Phil
Bhad Bhabie just had to reprise her role as the gangsta'-potty-mouthed nightmare teen when she returned to The Dr. Phil Show last year. Of all the garble that fell from this girl's mouth during her time on air, the line that had our jaws on the floor was when she told the host Phil, “You were nothin’ before I came on this show.” Umm, excuse me? There is a fine line between confidence and arrogance, and this remark did NOT make Bergoli sound confident. We are pretty sure that her appearance didn't catapult Phil into stardom. It might be the other way around.
19 When She Had Not One... Not Two... But Three 2o18 Hits
We didn't see it coming either guys. Bhabie was signed to Atlantic Records in 2017, and she released her first single These Heaux first. Hi Bich followed, and then her joint track to Whachu Know brought in 100 million views on YouTube.
The latest tune to rock the world, "Gucci Flip Flops," is projected to make Danielle some serious cash.
When it comes to making music, Bhad Bhabie seems to have found her style and her audience, and that means that she is well on her way to enjoying success. Half the time we have no clue what her lyrics are saying, but people really don't seem to care about that.
18 Infamous Altercations
This Bhad gal couldn't manage to make it home from her latest Dr. Phil appearance without causing a bit of drama at 10,000 feet. It seems another Spirit Airlines passenger commented on Danielle's mother taking too long to board. Danielle got heated, as she so often seems to, and ended up taking out her frustrations on the other passenger. Bhad Bhabie also got into it with two other social media personalities who weren't exactly raving over her music. It seems that if you are not with this lady, then she will assume that you are against her. That is maybe not somewhere that you want to be.
17 Reality Show Rumors
Three words for you all: we are watching. If the rumored reality television show does end up becoming a thing, you know it will be entertaining as all get out. This girl is sassy, maybe-talented, and unique, but definitely not boring.
B.B. did tell one interviewer who asked about the possible opportunity that should she choose to take the deal, the show would have to revolve around her music.
The only question we how much of the dialogue will end up having to be censored out of the show. Bhad Bhabie isn't exactly known for her classy tongue.
16 Bhabie Just Landed A $900k Makeup Endorsement Deal
Bregoli seems to be expanding her horizons and working on building her empire, seemingly looking to joins the ranks of stars turned makeup moguls, such as Kylie Jenner and Rihanna. According to TMZ, Bhad Bhabie has signed a six-month contract with CopyCat Beauty, and will be raking in a whopping $900,000, not to mention that she'll receive a percentage of the brand's sales.
If this deal goes well for Bhabie, it looks like she could end up with her own makeup line.
Bhad Bhabie seems ready to take on the world... but the question is - is the world ready to 'cash her outside?'
15 She Got Nominated For A Billboard Music Award
This is almost as surprising as the time that Eminem won an Academy Award. Bhad Bhabie found herself in some good company when she was nominated for top rap female artist along with Cadi B and Nicki Minaj. She was pretty surprised at the nod. In fact, when her manager rang her, she initially started telling him that she had done something bad. Her manager responded by saying, "‘I thought there was nothing that could save you, but congratulations, kid, you were just nominated." She is proving to be more than a kid spitting rhymes over a YouTube channel.
14 She Doled Out $45,000 For A Grill
To celebrate her hit single "Gucci Flip Flops," Bhad Bhabie treated herself to some new jewelry. No, she didn't buy a blinged out ring or a new pair of diamond stud earrings.
Instead, she had a jeweler fashion her a 14k yellow gold Bhabie pendant and a grill made up of diamonds.
The bling set the up and coming rap star back almost $50,000, which is nothing to scoff at. While this seems like a ton of money to many of us, B.B. has plenty left over. She has become a millionaire and is only making more money with her newest hit single. We can't wait to see what extravagant gift she buys herself next.
13 She Threw A Drink At Iggy Azalia
The fifteen-year-old exhibited some very "bhad" behavior when she attended Cardi B’s FashionNova event. B.B. tossed a drink at another (grown) female rapper, Iggy Azalia. Azalia responded with mostly bewilderment but acted as you might expect a grown up to act and didn't react to the screeching child. Later on, she responded to the altercation by saying Bhad Bhabie is young, and someday she would look back on this and feel silly and embarrassed. Yeah, we think B.B. might feel a bit embarrassed by many of her teenage antics.
12 Then She Got Dragged Out Of The Event Kicking And Screaming
So first the fifteen-year-old prances into a club, where she has no business being, but hey! We aren't even a little bit surprised by her appearance.
Then she chucks a beverage at an older, more established rapper's face.
The finale comes in when she gets dragged out, quite literally, by a security team, much like a mother might do to a toddler when she tells the baby that it is time to go and the baby isn't having it. Bhad truly showed her immaturity and classless nature at a time that she could have established herself an entertainment force among peers.
11 She Invited Iggy To Come See Her Sold-Out Show
After a heated social media exchange, Bhabie suggested that Iggy should come on down to one of her shows so that she could better see what being "sold out" looks like. Ouch. Does nothing make this kid stop and think before speaking? Of course, this clap was salt in the would for Azalia who had been set to embark on a tour of her own, before it, unfortunately, got canceled. Actually, Iggy's last TWO shows hit the skids before they ever took off. Simmer down there Bhad Bhabie. You have a ways to go before you can start talking like that to industry giants.
10 She Is Now Worth A Reported 3 Million Dollars
A few years ago she was only known for sassing Dr. Phil and using bad grammar on national television; now the social media personality-turned-rapper is a millionaire at just fifteen years of age.
According to Celebrity Net Worth, Bhad Bhabie aka Danielle Bregoli aka Cass Me Outside Girl is worth three million dollars.
This number is only expected to rise, especially with the massive success of her and co-rapper Lil Yachty's latest single, "Gucci Flip Flops." This just goes to show that really anything is possible here in the U.S.A. This kid turned her bad attitude into a million dollar business.
9 A Smooch With Trippie Redd
In May of 2018, Bhabie confirmed to DJ Akademiks that she and Trippie Redd had locked lips, but the two were not a couple. The rapping kids were both under the age of consent at the time of the lip locking. Trippie seconded the act saying it did happen, but it never went any further than that. Bhad Bhabie looks a lot older than she is, but the fact of the matter is this girl is a child and should be kissing nobody. She might be taking the whole "bad girl" image a little bit too far messing with older guys like Trippie Redd. These hip hop stage names are getting more ridiculous by the second.
8 Big Moves In The Rap Game And Across The Country
The once Florida native now calls L.A. home after her managers, Adam Kluger and Adam Roof, decided that would be best for both her professional life and her rebranding. Back when we met Danielle she and her single mother were living in the coastal suburbs of Boyton Beach Florida.
But her team saw her doing big things, and that meant a move out west was inevitable.
No matter how hard we try, we can't see Danielle being a California girl. She seems 100% Florida to us. Stay tuned to see what kind of influence L.A. has on the young rap star.
7 She Managed To Draw In A Huge Industry Crowd To Her First Los Angeles Show
A former angsty teen and YouTube video making girl from Florida somehow figured out how to draw in some big names and big numbers to her first L.A. show. This last year she spit her game at a sold-out show at the Roxy. Yeah, this young newcomer sold.out.the.Roxy. This was no first-time show though; considerable names in entertainment came to see what this fifteen-year girl could do with some rhymes and a mic. Artists Austin Mahone, Baby Ariel, and Daniel Skye were in attendance as was the majority of the Artist Partner Group team and Mike Blumstein of Chase Entertainment.
6 Her Bhanned In The USA Tour Is No Joke
The fifteen-year-old overnight sensation isn't just turning out catchy singles; she is taking the touring world by storm as well. Bhad Bahbie kicked off her Bhanned in the USA tour and is even moving across the pond to entertain the masses.
People around the globe are flocking to her shows to see what all of the fuss is about.
These last two years have been a complete whirlwind for the kid who once stuck to YouTube and diss tracks created in her mind. Now she is touring in multiple counties, churning out hit singles, attending awards shows, and sporting fifty grand worth of diamonds and gold.
5 She Threatened To Sue Over A Music App
Miss Bhad had her lawyers send out a cease and desist order to the creators of a music app called Vezt. She claimed that because of the app, she lost three million dollars in revenue. The company had initially asked the rapper to go into business with them, but even after she declined, they continued to use her name and image. When Bhabie found out that she had been betrayed, she gave the company fifteen days to provide her with the 3 million dollars that she feels she lost out on. If they chose not to meet her demands, she assured them that she would take further legal action would be taken.
4 There Has Been Speculation That Rap God Eminem Ripped Off Her Work
Rap King Eminem has many fans wondering if he stole candy from a baby... Bhad Bhabie. Bhabie's fans say that the middle-aged rap star ripped off the fifteen-year old's work and put it on his Kamikaze album.
While many thought that even the thought of having her lyrics stolen would send Bhabie into orbit, the opposite actually happened.
Yeah, this kid is full of surprises it seems. She took Eminem's possible lyric borrowing as the highest level of compliment. Whaaaaat? We thought for sure she would go bananas over this, but she is far too concerned with her other current beefs to be bothered by lyric stealing.
3 She Said Some Less-Than-Flattering Things About Rap's Lady of The Decade, Nicki Minaj
Little Miss B.B. is definitely taking sides in the infamous Cardi B.-Nicki Minaj feud. While she admits that she grew up listening to Nicki, hence has some respect for her, she says Cardi wins hands down, citing her relevant status in the hip hop world. She also slammed Minaj for her part in the Travis Scott drama. Bhabie is a huge fan of Scott and is practically begging to work with him, so this is no surprise. When it comes to other female rappers, Bhad Bhabie certainly knows who she likes and who she doesn't care for.
2 She Feuded With JoJo Siwa
This is like a Teacup Yorkie and a Rottweiler going at it. It's not hard to guess who is going to come out on top. I'm 37 years old, and I'm a little scared of this feisty Bhabie.
When we heard that she was feuding with internet and giant hair bow sensation JoJo Siwa all we could think of was putting little blonde JoJo in some kind of witness protection program.
If Bhad Bhabie can take on Iggy A. without a single reservation, who in the heck knows what kind of havoc she will wreak on poor little JoJo. JoJo, run as fast and as far as those hair bows will let you. Do not mess with this girl.
1 She Raised Eyebrows With A Video Of YoungBoy Never Broke Again
Back in June, a SnapChat video surfaced of Bhabie relaxing with a male friend. The friend's face can't be seen, thanks to a well-placed emoji, but fans couldn't help but notice a telling scar on the mystery man's face. They were sure that it was YoungBoy cozying up to the rapper. The "whoa" comes in here because Bhabie is only fifteen and YoungBoy is an adult. He also has a pretty lengthy rap sheet in regards to the law and doesn't exactly seem like the kind of guy you would want your little girl taking up company with. Bhad Bhabie doesn't seem to have the best judgment in keeping company.
