Blake Lively and Ryan Reynolds are one of the most fun couples in Hollywood. Wherever they go together, they always seem to have such a ball. That’s because they spend most of the time laughing. Nothing will bring a couple closer together than being able to laugh together.
It’s hard to believe that they have been married for six years. They seem stronger than ever and we can only hope that they will be one of the Hollywood couples that really make it. Now, this is the kind of dress-up party that all adults should have. The theme was to dress up as your favourite childhood hero and we saw Ariel the mermaid, Nancy Drew, Audrey Hepburn and Dorothy with Toto. Blake Lively looked adorable as Dorothy, with pigtail braids and a checkered blue-and-white dress. Ryan was in attendance but he didn’t dress up unless you call looking like himself in a grey suit "dressing up." It looks like it was a really cool party to go to. Swift posted the picture with the caption, “Sending you all love and hope going into 2019.”
21 Anything For Their Friends
Although Blake and Ryan don't usually have public date nights, they made an exception for their good friend Emily Blunt. As if making an appearance wasn't enough, this lovely couple actually hosted a party and special screening to celebrate Emily Blunt and her new movie Mary Poppins Returns. Ryan posted this pic on his Instagram and praised Emily in his caption: "Emily Blunt is a master at work. She is brilliant. She must be stopped." These two are obviously friends which is so weird because Ryan once stated that kissing Anna Kendrick was like "taking your face to Awesometown," as ABC News reports. But Lively and Kendrick have been friends ever since they starred together in the movie, Simple Favor. Blake threw a "Sweet 16" party for herself for her 30th birthday and posted some pictures with the caption, "My super sweet 16...but like 14 years late.” She wanted to spend her birthday with her closest friends, and her husband shared the love as usual stating, "Happy Birthday to my amazing wife."

This was the epic 4th of July party that eventually got turned into a hilarious meme all thanks to the look on Ryan's face. He couldn’t look more unimpressed to be part of this corny couples picture. Taylor Swift was in her fake relationship with Tom Hiddleston and the picture brought on a lot of talk.

Ryan admits to Entertainment Weekly, as Her reports. “If I’m not aware a photo is being taken, my natural resting face is one of a man dying. I had no idea somebody was taking a photo. Therefore I was resting comfortably in my persona of a man whose soul is visibly exiting this Earth.”

How cute do these two look? For Ryan’s 40th birthday, Blake took him back to the place where they first fell in love - Japanese restaurant O Ya in Boston. She captioned this photo on social media in a tribute to her husband and the restaurant, saying, “We fell in love at your restaurant in Boston. We stay in love at your restaurant in NY. Talk about a cool party to attend. Thankfully, Ryan didn’t dress up otherwise Blake would never be able to find him. Of course, the only question on everyone’s mind that evening was the bear-it-all fight scene that he had in the movie.

Taylor Swift has actually been really good friends with Blake and Ryan for a few years now. She's also so in love with the couple's eldest daughter, James Reynolds, that she used her voice in the song "Gorgeous." Known for supporting their friends through and through, Blake and Ryan have been spotted at Taylor's concert. Blake also shared a backstage pic of her family with Taylor and wrote, "Look how rad she is here making my niece Heather feel like a rock star. The Golden Globes can offer celebrities a great opportunity to make some new friends. Of course, Jake Gyllenhaal wasn’t a new friend, at least not to Ryan Reynolds. You know you have truly made it when you have a mega-star like Salma Hayek come over to your house and cook you dinner. That’s exactly what happened when she was invited to Lively and Reynolds's home. She found herself holding their daughter and stirring a pot. How glamourous do these guys look? Even Jake's photobomb is still keeping it classy. Speaking of Ryan and Jake's bromance, maybe Lively does have something to worry about because Ryan claims that Gyllenhaal is a better cook than she is. Ouch! He tells Us,

Obviously, Blake isn't going to miss fashion week, not with the clothes that she has in her closet. Fashion week is all about fashion and parties, and Lively has said in the past that she does her own styling.

In my job I get to be creative, but it’s over a period of time and so many other people are involved, whereas this is a beginning, middle, and end, and I get to be creative and there’s an end date in the near future.”

Ryan and Blake went to the screening of All I See Is You, a Marc Forster film. They got to schmooze with Marc while at the screening and we want to take selfies with them too. Ryan posted the photo to social media with the caption, “All I See Is You opens today! I was so happy to see an advanced screening of this film by Marc Forster! Also, I married my wife online, so it was nice to finally meet her in person.” He's always so funny!
